The NCT Middle East 2017 event will take place at the W Hotel Doha West Bay Doha,Qatar. The NCT CBRNe conference takes place in the Great Room of the W Hotel Doha, while the exhibition takes place in the Great Room East and foyer.

You are kindly advised to take into consideration the following Dress Code:

Included in your exhibitor package

A standard exhibitor package includes the following items:
• 1 exhibition booth (including table/cabinet, 2 chairs, electricity and name printed on booth)
• 2 event delegate places – Access to the full event
• Logo placement and marketing according to your contract

Additional equipment

Interexpo Gulf is the company responsible for furniture handling and rental. If you would like to rent additional furniture or AV, please contact interexpogulf@interexpogulf.com

Internet Access
Complimentary WIFI internet access will be provided in all the function rooms of the W Doha Hotel for the participants of the event. The username and the password will be provided to you on site.

In Qatar the standard voltage is 240 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. A voltage converter and a plug adapter may be necessary, depending on your country of departure.

Lunch and refreshments
Refreshments will be provided during the Refreshment and Lunch breaks, according to the program. In case you have a special dietary requirement linked to health issues, please inform us in advance. We will do our best in order to accommodate your needs.

Travel information

Directions to the hotel

It takes 23 minutes to travel from Hamad International Airport to the W Doha Hotel by car.

If you require additional assistance in regards to transportation, you can contact the hotel at : +974 4453 5000.

If you require assistance with the VISA arrangement, please send a copy of your passport to info@ib-consultancy no later than 6 October at 12pm CET.
